Yard Manager

Varian Stable has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and talented Yard Manager to join our team at Carlburg Stables in Newmarket. 2022 was our best year yet, and we are looking for the right person to help us build on that success.

We are a skilled and dynamic team who strive to create a positive working environment where everybody's contribution is valued. We seek a respectful individual who will share our ethos.

This is a senior management role, and the successful candidate will be a key player in one of the UK's most successful stables. You will be leading a team of 20 people and will share responsibility for 75 horses. Riding is not essential, but will be looked upon favourably.

We offer generous renumeration, as well as a 1 in 3 weekend rota and an afternoon off each week.
