One Team: Accounts Receivable Analyst

Location: Cheltenham

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join us at The Jockey Club. Based at The Group’s finance centre, in Cheltenham, this role will support the department with daily treasury activities whilst delivering an excellent service to our customers.

Role Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for bank reconciliations and daily journal postings, along with analysing, investigating and resolving customer queries. This is a busy and fast-paced role that would suit someone with previous experience of working within a high volume finance department.

Key elements of this role include, but are not limited to:

• daily bank reconciliations daily banking & receipts posting conducting month end reconciliations and related tasks credit card receipt reconciliation and analysis assisting with other ad-hoc analysis and accounting duties for projects as required

The ideal candidate will have;

• knowledge of sales and purchase ledger systems the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines good numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail proven experience in managing and prioritising own workload excellent communication skills proficient with Excel
